In the first year of life babies grow and change at such an amazing speed capturing the small moments along the way becomes a priority for parents.These boho style baby name signs and milestones, with warm and neutral colors, are sure to complement boho chic trends and help capture those special memories.

Name card only:

• 4" in Diameter
• First name in Acrylic color of your choice
• Subsequent names engraved (capital letters only). Fonts will match the fonts of the milestone set. Mock ups are available upon request

Milestone Cards include:

• 12 cards, months 1-12
• Mixed color milestones only 
• 4” in Diameter
• Includes storage bag

Additional Items Available:

• 4” “Hello World” card
• 8" Birth Stat card with "Hello World" in a color of your choice (see color options photo). Includes pen test square.
• 8" Custom Birth Stat card, "Hello World" is replaced with the baby's name. First name in a color of your choice, subsequent name(s) engraved, fonts coordinate with the milestone sets. Pen test square is included.

*if no color is left for the name or birth stat sign the color will be navy as shown in the photos. 

Mock ups are available upon requests. Larger Name Signs are available with different color options in our Name Sign Collection. 

Ordering is easy, simply choose which set you would like from the drop down menu- name only, milestones only, or a milestone set with the Hello World and/or name card. If ordering a name card please provide the name exactly as you would like it written/ spelled, and a color if you have a preference. Name card orders without a color request will be in the color of the name in the photograph.

Once we receive your order we will begin working on it as soon as possible. When completed tracking information will be provided allowing you to track your order from our shop to your home.
