Shipping policy

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on how many open orders we have, as well as what the item is. For details on my processing times please see individual items. Most items ship in 3-5 business days, however some may be 7-9 business days for processing. If you need an item shipped sooner than the processing time please reach out to us prior to placing the order and we can let you know if a quicker processing time is possible, or if we are accepting rush/ priority orders. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but please note simply writing the date you need them in the comments, if it is before the processing deadline, will not guarantee your order will ship early.

While we are able to provide shipping dates we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as once we turn the order over to the post off it is out of our hands. The speed of delivery will be dependent on the method of shipping selected at checkout. USPS currently estimates first class shipping to arrive in 4-6 (Economy) days and priority shipping to arrive in 2-4 days (Standard). 

For local pick up orders please select local pick up at checkout. Shipping charges will not be refunded if local pickup is not selected. Local orders must be picked up within 7 days unless other arrangements have been pre-made. You will be contacted when your order is complete and ready for pickup.
