This long-lasting and attractive heirloom piece is customized with your baby's name and private details about his or her birth, such as the birthdate, weight, and time. It's the perfect addition to those first memorable photos of your child. Available as a stand alone item or it can be paired with our milestone sets and baby name signs. 

Milestone Cards include:
~12 cards, months 1-12. Colors are as shown with 6 different colors, each used twice within the 12 months. At this time single/ specific colors are not available for the months.

Birth Stat Sign:
~8" in Diameter
~"Hello World" will be in an acrylic color of your choice. If no color is selected Navy Blue will be used.
~Custom Birth Stat sign where "Hello World" is replaced with the Baby's name in an acrylic color of your choice. If no color is selected Navy Blue will be used.
~Includes a small square to test pens prior to writing on the sign

~4” “Hello World” card, having twins? An option for two name cards is available as well!
~Baby Name card. The first name will be in an acrylic color of your choice, the middle name will be engraved. Fonts will match the fonts of the milestone set. Mock ups are available upon request.
